职位描述
岗位职责：
1、在质量经理的领导下进行质量管理部相关的日常质量管理工作；
Responsible for the daily quality management of quality management department under the leadership of quality manager;
2、协助质量经理进行质量制度、标准及程序的制定、修改、定期评审，确保标准执行状况的有效性；
Assisted the quality manager in the formulation, modification and regular review of quality system, standards and procedures to ensure the effectiveness of standard implementation.
3、协助质量经理提高全员质量意识，参与质量培训，对作业员/检验员的业务进行重点指导；
Assisted the quality manager to improve the quality awareness of the whole staff, participated in the quality training, and focused on the operation of the operator/inspector.
4、配合技术部门进行新产品的试制及质量控制；
Cooperate with the technical department in the trial and quality control of new products.
5、根据质量制度、标准及程序的要求，进行成品检验与控制；
Conduct finished product inspection and control according to the requirements of quality system, standards and procedures.
6、定期对库存原材料、半成品执行检查及报废品的确认；
Regular inspection of raw materials and semi-finished products and the confirmation of waste products.
7、制程巡回检验与稽核，并对作业标准提出改善意见或建议；
Make circuit inspection and audit and offer improvement Suggestions or Suggestions to the operating standards.
8、组织实施对供应商的培训、评审和考核，促使供应商产品质量的持续改进提高；
Organize and implement training, review and assessment of suppliers, and promote continuous improvement of supplier's product quality.
9、客户反馈及抱怨问题的再确认和调查分析，改善措施拟定及有效性确认；
Re-confirm and investigate the customer feedback and complaint and confirm the improvement measures and effectiveness.
10、日常监视和测量装置的使用及维护；
Use and maintain daily monitoring and measuring devices.
11、 对各种纠正和预防措施的落实情况进行监督验证，并及时将情况汇报给质量经理；
Supervise and verify the implementation of various corrective and preventive measures and report the situation to the quality manager in a timely manner.
12、日常检验报表的记录，归档保存与管理；
Record the daily inspection reports, and archive and maintain them.
13、强制性认证实施规则/细则换版、产品认证标准换版及其他相关认证文件的发布、修订的相关要求；证书有效性的跟踪结果；各检查单位监督抽查结果；
Compulsory certification implementation rules/rules change, product certification standard and other relevant certification documents issued and revised relevant requirements; Tracking results of certificate validity; National and provincial supervision of random inspection results.
14、负责客户现场问题的处理及跟进。客户现场问题调查及问题解决
Onsite customer complaint follows up and analysis. Root cause analysis and problem solving.
15、定期向主管领导汇报工作，接受检查和监督；
Report to supervisor regularly and accept inspection and supervision.
16、服从工作安排，完成上级交办的其他事务。
Obey the work arrangement, to complete other jobs assigned by line manager.
任职资格：
1、本科以上学历；
Bachelor’s degree above;
2、理工科背景优先
Engineering background is preferred.
3、5年及以上相关工作经验，2年以上同岗管理工作经验
5 years or above related working experience, 2 years working experience in management.
4、熟悉质量管理体系，EHS关系管理体系，质量管理流程与方法
Familiar with quality management system, EHS relationship management system, quality management process and method.
5、英语听说读写熟练
Good command of English both in written and spoken
6、熟练使用办公软件，尤其是EXCEL、WORD等；
Proficient in using office software, especially EXCEL, WORD, etc.
7、年龄：40以下； Age: below 40;
