1、 负责分公司银保计划制定和计划执行追踪（业务计划、人力计划和预算），完成相应业务分析报告。
2、 协助银保负责人开拓银行合作渠道，建立并维护渠道业务关系。
3、 协助银保负责人落实总对总合银行业务合作建立、维护和发展。
4、 负责协调公司内部资源，跟进和落实当地合作渠道的业务合作事项，实现渠道业务启动目标。
5、 负责策划和执行渠道业务营销活动（对合作伙伴和客户），推动业务，达成渠道业务目标。
6、 其他主管交待的事宜。
职位要求：
1、3年以上银保业务管理工作经验，具有银保销售经验者优先。
2、熟悉当地市场银行保险市场信息，对业务具备敏锐度和判断能力。
3、能够从客户需求出发（客户导向），发展和维护渠道合作关系。
