Your responsibilities
* Accountable for Blue Collar recruitment based on business needs; act as
partner in the execution of 3rd party employee lifecycle processes via
collaboration with 3rd parties if needed.
* Accountable for HR related data quality and accuracy in the systems as well
as documentation such as monthly HC related reports and update employee master
data in system timely.
* Interrogates HR analytics data to understand key organizational dynamics,
trends and issues, define and execute appropriate actions together with
location HRBP.
* Be responsible for employee or culture related initiatives, such D&I
activities, English Corner, etc.
* Executes talent development process and provide onsite support on inhouse
training.
* Provides HR supports to staff professional title assessment and talent
allowances according to local government policies when needed.
* Provides supports on department administrative affairs when needed.
Your background
* Bachelor’s degree or above with 5 years working experience in HR.
* Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
* Proficient in various Office software, and it’s even better if you are
skillful in Power BI or other digital tools.
* Adjust the pace of multi-line work to ensure the quality of work and
constantly seeking the better solution with creative ideas when appropriate.
* Self-driven, energetic, and inclusive.
* Resilience and ability to work with ambiguity in this VUCA world.
