资质要求：
电气工程、计算机科学、汽车工程、机电一体化或同等专业的大学学位
5年以上汽车行业经验
在测试管理、总线通信（如CAN/LIN/以太网/Flexray）、诊断方面有深厚的知识
循环时间、总线睡眠和网络管理方面的知识优先
跨文化工作经验和沟通技能
语言：中文和英文。德语是一个优势
