We currently seeking an AR SME to join us, reporting directly to BUKR Finance Manager. The primary responsibility of this role includes (but it is not limited to) assist manager to manage the Business Services related to AR process, Perform the activities to meet SLA/KPI requirements, assist implementation and standardization of finance projects in APAC and Comply with and implement Internal Control requirements from APAC and local.

? Assist in month-end closing of the Accounts Receivable Module, reconciliation of control accounts to sub-ledger, and preparing monthly reports (LPC, RPC, RPC no credit, estimated payment amount)
? Complete monthly client account reconciliations
? Track and manage key KPIs of AR Team (Monthly AR Evolution/ KPI report)
? Check Credit limit & Barring
? Analyze Exceptional Risk Category
? Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement / innovate solutions / system enhancements related to the AR process
? Renew bank certificate, OTP password confirm, OTP updating
? Online tax pre-communication & prepare for payment
? Local bank account reconciliation for treasury part
? Support internal and external Audit
? other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Qualifications

Education
? Bachelor’s degree or above required
? University degree in a related discipline (e.g., accounting, finance or business) and experience

Experience

? More than 2 years finance related experience
? Native Korean speaker, Good written English and communication skills
? Fluent English will be a plus
? Demonstrated knowledge of accounting processes and cycles
? Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP experience is an advantage)
? Strong time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize
? Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
? Strong attention to detail
? Ability to work successfully under tight deadlines
