Your responsibilities

* Technical contribution: Designs engineering solutions, including drawings
and calculations according to contractual specification Creates or reviews
engineering drawings, specifications and plans required by manufacturing,
fabrication or construction Contributes to design reviews and design
verification, modifies design, as necessary.
* Customer: Contributes to preparation of specific aspects of design
assignments to meet the contractual obligations, while adhering to relevant
standards, safety and quality Participates in project meetings and presents
specific aspects of design assignments.
* Technical leadership and knowledge sharing: Actively contributes and shares
experiences in workshops pertaining to engineering design, tools and processes
Shares best practices Lessons-Learned documentation across different projects.
* Processes and tools: Uses standard processes and tools, assists in
developing new processes and tools for reuse of technical solutions.
* Risk and opportunity management: Supports technical risk assessments and
implements resulting actions for one’s projects. Reports any contract / safety
/ quality / program / cost issues to Project Manager(s) for resolution.
* Contract management: Ensures Bill of Material (BOM) for the project meets
contractual obligations; and project gross margin requirements by not
generating Project Left-Over Material (PLOM) Identifies and impl: ements
variation requests to support contract claims based on the approval from
Project Manager.
* Planning and control: Follows work plans and cost estimates provided by the
Project Manager and ensures quality deliverables on time and at targeted cost.
* Supply Chain management: Collaborates with the Supply Chain function and
the Project Manager(s) to meet the contractual requirements.
* Manufacturing and Testing: Coordinates with Manufacturing and Testing
functions to ensure the designs are appropriately manufactured/staged and
tested Updates the engineering deliverables as-built.
* Commissioning and Service: Coordinates with Commissioning / Service
functions to ensure the designs are appropriately installed and commissioned
(if applicable as part of the contract) Updates the engineering deliverables
post installation & commissioning (if applicable).Your background

* Good communication skill.
* Bachelor & above, with good electrical knowledge, master is preferred.
* Two years’ working experience in similar area.
* Good English skill, CET-4 & above.
