职位描述
? Purpose of the Position
? Contribute to maintain and develop North-East China region market with profitable growth and increased market share, achieve sales center annual targets.
? Main Tasks
? In charge of market and sales development of industrial business within local regions including implementing marketing strategies to achieve and exceed sales target, and increase market share
? Identify and develop new customers and new applications in the commercial industry market.
? Provide technical support to customers through frequent visits, tele-communications and seminars.
? Timely follow up with sales leads for JSB applications to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
? Track sales opportunities in terms of content, budget and schedule to achieve and exceed sales targets and increase market share in the target industrial
? Collect competitors’ information: price, product services etc. and understand competition offerings and contribute to visions for new product development
? Work together with marketing and Tech Center to prepare Demo show and marketing activities
? Build long-term and in-depth relationship with existing and new customers
? Investigate market situation and potential market size to assist management in business forecast
? Provide market information to BU to ensure right strategy for market
? Competencies
? In accordance with regulations governing powers and competencies in the Kistler Group
? in the context of the function level (CD10106-EN).
? Requirements Profile
? Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial automation is preferred.
? At least 3 years sales experience in industry. Sales experience for sensors and systems will be preferred
? Outstanding communication, presentation and commercial negotiation skills
? Self-motivated, flexible and good team player
? Exceptionally energetic, dynamic personality with a sense of urgency, strong and comprehensive understanding of multi-product, solution selling
? Effective interpersonal skills and willingness to travel
? Good English skill in written and spoken
? Advanced learning agility
? Knowledge and proven track record in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
