工作职责:
This position is responsible for the development and validation of electronic sensing systems, electrical motor, mechatronic system E/E architecture conforming to performance requirements, quality objectives, cost budget, and project timelines. This position will coordinate and participate in product development meetings; to ensure design quality is meeting internal and customer quality requirements.
Responsibilities:
Mission 1: Sensor Development
1. Analyze customer specification/standards for performance/functional requirements. Define the technical need and choice of the electronic sensor components based on the customer’s performance/functional requirements.
2. Perform optimization to find technical design that comply with project target (quality, cost, reliability, timing as set up during quality gates).
3. Perform electronic schematics and design layout to ensure complying with customer’s EMC (Electro Magnetic Compliance) requirement.
4. Define the sensing technology during the development phase of Advanced Projects or Briques Techniques.
5. Act as main technical contact for/during the development of a new sensing Cell or Sensing Technology(eddy current effect).
6. Set up contact with local representatives of ASIC supplier to get local support when experiencing difficulties on application projects.
7. In cooperation with Purchasing department and development department, perform a market and technology watch on cells developed by Chinese electronics manufacturers.
8. Define performance tests for development laboratory/ production bench to conduct, validate the results/ and develop corrective action plan.
9. Follow ISO26262 function safety requirement to create safety concept, safety test strategy, safety analysis report, able to make the FMEDA analysis to check if designed product meet right ASIL Level.
Mission 2: Mechatronic system hardware Development
1. Analyze customer specification/standards for performance/functional requirements. Define the technical need and design mechatronic system E/E architecture, selection suitable electronic components based on the customer’s performance/functional requirements.
2. Able to launch the system simulation by matlab simulink tool, define the system control logic, define test plan to validate this system simulation, and get headquarter approval.
3. Able to define and select good electrical motor, cooperate with buyer/SQE to qualify and help electrical motor supplier meet our product requirement.
Mission 3: Continuous Improvement
1. Propose and manage a roadmap of electronic sensing elements.
2. Propose and implement methods and means of development to improve the quality.
3. Support quotation of the different products from the group:
4. Author Golden Rule documents to transfer Lessons Learned.
5. Provide training to R1 team and newcomers as per company and department request.
任职资格:
1. B.S. or higher degree in Electronics, Magnetics, Electronics Engineering or related engineering discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
3. Ability to understand and manipulate electromagnetic concepts and phenomena.
4. Familiar with electronics development and electrical motor & hybrid transmission application or other EIC system.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Matlab Simulink, Altium designer.
6. Familiar with Design FMEA, APQP, SPC, PPAP, TS-16949, ISO26262.
7. Familiar with structured problem-solving methodologies (Global 8-D process, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing etc.) .
8. Excellent interpersonal & computer skills with ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
9. Must be able to work effectively with customers and other program staff and team members.
10. Must be a self-starter with the ability to complete project goals.
11. Must be able to prioritize responsibilities and handle multiple duties/projects simultaneously.
