主要职责是Responsible for:
执行仓库管理原则，控制从收原料、到生产供给的内部流程，确保满足内外部客户
Execute the principle of warehouse management, control the internal flow from receipt to feeding the production lines within plant, to fulfill internal and external customers
负责库存的准确性和流程的规范执行
Accountable for inventory accuracy and standard process compliance
主要任务 Main missions:
供应过程管理
确保满足生产线和TPA的供给，遵守库内物料移动的标准和规则
Ensure supplies of production lines and TPAs, respet the rules of meterial movement inner plant
保证外购件、半成品存货的准确性和可靠性，监督仓库目视化，先进先出及物料预警系统
Ensure the BOP/WIP inventory’s reliability, monitor visual management system, deploy visal FIFO and respect the alert system.
定义、建立、优化仓库布局，确保仓库的其他职能正常有序进行，对仓库团队成员的工作完成情况负责
Define, set up, and optimize warehouse layout, ensure other function of warehouse, and responsible for warehouse team member’s performance.
审核和管理多岗位，确保员工执行标准化，并改进标准化
Validate & manage Polyvalence, ensure team members respect standardized work, and improve SW
审核和跟踪合理化建议，组织和主导改善活动
Validate and follow-up Improvement Ideas, organize and lead improvement activites
保证化学品、危险品等合理存储
Ensure chemicals and dangers is kept well

参与存货目标的达成
Participate to the respect of inventory objectives and to the reduction of obsolete items
负责所管辖的物流过程的改进，FES工具的实施和培训
Responsible for log. Process improvement in charge and FES tools implementation and internal training.
物流硬件、设备设施的日常维护和保养，提出物改进建议，并参与实施改进计划。
Responsible for the daily maintenance of logistics hardwares, facilities and tools, raise improvement idea on them, and participate in the implementation of I.I.
团队管理和沟通管理
管理、培训、教导仓库团队
Manage, train and coach logistics operators team
确保EE工具的展开执行（主管角色、班长角色、OHP、正确的人员组织、月度会议、合理化建议、自主团队）
Ensure the deployment of the Employee empowerment tools (Supv role, GAP leader role, OHP, TOP 5, monthly meeting, improvement ideas, autonomous groups)
协调支持功能（维修，HSE，质量等），以及外部资源，保证GAP能快速解决问题
Liaise with support functions (Maintenance, HSE, Q,), and out-rescources to make sure their GAPs to solve problems quickly
负责就现场日常事务与其他部门的沟通和协调
Coordinate with other dept. interface for shop floor daily issues.
设定所有GAP的目标，跟踪当班生产进度，异常情况下及时反应；汇总QCDP结果并每日汇报和采取行动
Set objectives of GAP, follow up the progress hour by hour, react in case of abnormalities, accountable for daily QCDP results and the actions deployed.

岗位任职资格要求Qualifications :
大专或以上学历 College or above
3年以上制造业物流相关经验 At least 3 years’ logistics experience in manufacturing environment
熟练使用办公软件，尤其是Excel。 Use office software well, especially Excel.
基本英文阅读能力 Basic English reading skill
SAP系统的收货、采购申请和库存报表模块的使用 SAP System usage in receipt, PR and inventory report
现代企业仓库管理原则Manufacturer warehouse management principle
生产企业人员管理能力People management in a manufacturing company
组织和实施培训的能力 Arrange and execute training
