YOU MUST HAVE:
§ Bachelor or master ’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or Automation Engineering ;
§ Experience in 3-phase full bridge topology, Pspice circuit simulation , schematic drawing , PCB Layout , thermal design , subcomponents SOR compile and test ;
§ Experience in power electronics (IGBT/SiC/GaN)/Film capacitor/Gate driver/Isolated Power supply of electrical drive system inverter development ;
§ Preferred knowledge for embedded system: Multi-Microprocessor , SMPC and analog and digital signals measurement ;
§ Experience in HW FuSa/FMEDA/WCCA/EMC filter/Grounding design and EOL specification for inverter ;
§ Understand EMC generated source , conducted path ,filter topology ,grounding and shielding knowledge
WE VALUE: ？ At least 5+ years’ experience in hybrid or EV inverter development;
§ Demonstrated ability of contributing innovative technologies and applications for products ;
§ Diverse and global teaming and collaboration , also good English communication .;
§ Develop and mentor members and junior engineers in both technical issues and in proper behaviors with internal and external customers ;
§ Familiar with hardware test instrument and measurements .
POSITION ROLES
§ Traction inverter power stage hardware development.
§ Product design upgrade, hardware design spec.
§ Support HW DFMEA and failure root cause analysis, benchmark activities ;
§ Model development, Verification & Validation for customer project
§ Customer fast response support during project execution
