岗位职责：
1、熟悉常用招聘渠道，配合上级落实招聘工作，完成简历筛选、电话邀约、面试安排等；
2、协同开展新员工培训、晋升培训、技能培训等培训相关工作；
3、每月社保、公积金、考勤等其他人力资源和综合管理相关工作。

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，一年及以上人力资源相关工作经验优先；
2、熟悉各类招聘渠道及招聘流程，有招聘相关经验；
3、熟练操作计算机，熟练使用各种办公软件；
4、学历能力强，工作积极，有一定沟通能力及抗压力。
