2. 熟练使用java语言，精通Java Web开发，熟练掌握java设计模式；
3. 熟练掌握Spring，MyBatis等主流框架，熟练掌握Oracle、PostgreSQL、MySQL等关系型数据库；
4. 熟练使用Spring Cloud开发分布式系统（微服务），有将传统Web项目升级成分布式系统（微服务）经验者优先；
5. 熟练掌握分布式系统（微服务）间各种调用方式及事务机制；
6. 了解Web系统安全相关的知识，在设计或者开发过程中能够规避常见的系统安全风险；
7. 有多线程，高并发系统开发经验，能够针对高流量系统进行分析设计和优化；
8. 熟练掌握一款UML建模工具，对UML各种图形有深刻见解，掌握其设计规范；
9. 熟练掌握一款数据库设计工具，并掌握数据库设计流程及规范；
10. 熟悉CVS、GIT等版本控制工具；
11. 诚信、敬业、责任心强，具有良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神，能承受一定的工作压力，身体健康；
12. 大学统招本科以上学历，计算机或相关专业，熟练的英语读写能力，能够适应全英文的工作环境。
