职位描述

Facilities Operations & Management
Develop & maintain workspace (offices, clean room, lab, training center & warehouses) that builds a work environment enabling collaboration, innovation, productivity, and destination of choice
Ensure all facilities meet established environmental and safety control requirements in partnership with regional/local Security & EHS team
Deliver high level of services for facilities operations, maintenance, janitorial, transportation, pantry, reception, and other services
Stakeholder engagement with site managers, to support cleanroom, lab, and offices space requirements
Collaborate with the business continuity team on disaster preparedness policies and procedures
Be hands-on maintenance of facilities, equipment, and buildings
Space Planning & Projects
Develop space roadmaps for cleanroom, lab, and offices to meet business needs
Lead all aspects of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facilities expansion
Manage project budget, quality and timelines
Real Estate Management
Drive proactive planning of real estate portfolio
Conduct timely lease extension, termination, or acquisition
Lead new site selection, negotiate, and execute lease agreements (justify and secure approval from approver per KLA policies)
Vendor Management
Manage the performance of JLL China team (Shanghai & Suzhou) up to the KPI, and drive continuous improvement, innovation, customer satisfaction
Partner with Indirect Procurement to select vendors for design and construction
Manage projects and operations based on procurement guidelines
Data Analytics
Compile market data, forecast, budget, and other analysis to support real estate investment opportunities
Collect/provide all GWS data to GWS COE as required
Qualifications/Education Desired
College or Above education background 5+ years related experience in multinational companies would be an advantage
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with business groups and align with company’s goals and objectives
Experience in leading country level network of sites, including knowledge China and international commercial real estate markets and regulations from proposal to build
Held position(s) in relevant or manufacturing environments
Strong communication and presentation skills
