职位描述
岗位职责
根据客户RFQ要求，负责潜在新项目的技术分析及用于CDP报价的技术定义/PV及与客户的技术交流。
- 支持设计工程师的产品设计，完成设计输出，包括产品总成图纸、冲切图纸、断面控制图纸、3D产品数模、采购零附件图纸(含技术规范和内部编码)、相关客户标准等技术文件内部发布
- 负责新项目SOP前BOM清单创建及维护及移交.
- 负责审核供应商的检具；牵头与项目质量对成品的检具和试验工装的方案进行设计和验证，加工的跟踪，验收.
- 负责DV/PV的编制并获得客户的认可，负责测试进度的跟踪及产品不合格项的改善跟踪。
- 负责各阶段产品技术状态管理，产品审核及协同IE完成样品递交。
- 负责配合客户完成各阶段装车，负责项目开发过程中技术问题跟踪及解决
- 负责外部/内部工程变更的技术管理，（含技术定义的更新）。
- 定期参与项目经理组织项目例会，维护更新项目的技术问题清单，协同项目组完成各阶段零件的认可）。
任职资格
1、有5年以上汽车行业工作经验，有橡胶行业产品相关经验者优先；
2、本科学历，工程类专业，有Catia技能；
3、具有一定的分析能力，应变能力，具备较强的谈判、组织协调和处理事务能力；
4、英语流利，能够接受长期出差包括海外旅行。
5、有汽车空调管路设计经验的优先考虑。

Due to changes of equity in March 2007, the original Wuhan Hutchinson-DFEDC Automotive Rubber Products Co., Ltd. changed its name to Hutchinson (Wuhan) Automotive Rubber Products Co., Ltd.
