JOB SUMMARY:
The Sr. Service Parts Planner is responsible for end to end service spare parts supply, ensure timely delivery to meet service repair demand. The responsibilities of this role include but not limited forecasting, demand planning, service inventory analysis, inventory control, purchase order fulfillment, international logistics cooperation.
KEY RESPONSBILITIES:
? Daily tracking the spare parts order status to ensure smoothly delivery in the whole process.
? Daily tracking the whole process of the repair parts to expedite the cycling time.
? Placing replenishment order and urgent demand order to meet stock target level and repair demand.
? Work closely with Logistics Team to speed up the international transportation and import process.
? Work closely with global planning team to align quarterly spare parts forecasting and planning.
? Cooperate with ISI and Logistics Team to optimize workflow and reduce the lead time.
? Optimize service inventory structure and ordering strategy to align with local service strategy.
? Quarterly review safety stock, parts allocation in 3 local warehouses and optimize inventory performance.
? Evaluating excess and obsolete inventory, and taking appropriate action.
? Inventory analysis, monthly report and material master data maintenance
? Execute local procurement requirement, evaluate internal purchasing needs and follow up all the activities in the PO process.
? Support management team to perform continuous improvement in the team.
? Other activities or projects assigned by the management team.
SKILL/REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor’s degree or above with major in international trade or supply chain, oversea background is preferred.
? 3+ years of experience in related function with ERP system skill (SAP)
? Experience in demand planning and inventory management, familiar with service business in medical company is desired.
? Good analytical problem-solving skill and organization skill
? Good written and verbal English communication skills
