1.to manage Chassis part  development：  转向管柱Steering column（EPS）、转向器Steering rack等零部件开发管路

2..to manage & confirm the Steering System GB standards conformity

3.to manage & solve the Chassis assembly issue & testing issue & quality issue &after-sales issue  负责管理推进解决底盘装车试制问题点（各类底盘异响，如方向盘异响）、试验问题点、质量问题点&市场售后问题点等

4. to manage the Steering system compontent localization负责转向系统相关国产化降成本工作推进

5. to manage & confirm Steering system samples supplier nomination & 2d drawing & BOM data & RFQ &Validation & ANPQP 负责管理确认转向系统供应商定点、图纸审核确认、BOM数据、RFQ文件、零部件验证跟进以及ANPQP文件审核确认等

职能要求：1. familiar with the EPS structure & SW development(CAN message) &GB /ECE regulation&Steering force calculation了解转向管柱基本原理&结构&软件开发流程（CAN通讯、诊断等）&国家强制法规/ECE法规要求&转向力计算校核

2. familiar with how to develop the LKA function for the EPS (with Brush motor & Brushless motor)& Know the GSR2 LKA regulation requirement 熟悉了解有刷电机/无刷电机转向柱的LKA功能开发&相关性能需求&GSR2欧洲LKA法规性能要求

3. have two SOP vehicle development experience for EPS/Steering Rack& enough experience for the Chassis complicated issue solved具备两款&以上成熟车型转向管柱开发经验&解决各类转向管柱各类疑难杂症问题点经验

4. Spoken English is good-->具备良好的英语口语

5. familiar with CATIA & CAD SW and other office SW熟练使用CATIA & CAD等建模软件，熟悉使用办公软件

6.have a good working attitude & bear hardshipes 能吃苦耐劳&具备良好的工作态度，工作适应能力强
