职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Plan & execute marcom programs and campaigns timely and effectively, including conferences, seminars, exhibitions, trade show and advertising etc.
2. Tracking and collecting SEMI industry info and work out industry report regularly.
3. Company branding, develop/ manage the production of marketing materials in both ENG and CN., including posters, flyers, e-newsletters, Wechat, website, etc.
4. Set close relationship with media, industry association and vendors.
5. Responsible for monthly office expense application and collect the invoices.
6. Responsible for telephone and guest reception.
7. Organize and arrangement of all kinds of staff activities (including but not limited to: staff birthday, teambuilding, annual meeting, etc.)
8. Responsible for the daily maintenance and management of office supplies, office equipment, submit the purchasing requisition for office supplies monthly.
9. Responsible for company express, letter, package, etc.
10. Other works assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor in marketing business or a related discipline.
2. Proficient PC skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint, photoshop.
3. Strong coordination and communication skills.
4. Fluency in English and Mandarin with outstanding written abilities.
5. 2-4 years of related experience in firms of IC design / Semiconductor/ electronics/ high-tech.
