工作职责：

• 根据项目要求，主导或独立完成项目获取阶段的结构设计方案和数据提交；
• 参与技术沟通、分析客户需求、与硬件团队完成结构设计方案；
• 负责车载充电机、直流电源及BMS产品的系统和零部件的机构设计、冷却系统；
• 根据项目进度编写技文档、发布2D/3D 图纸；
• 管理和指导供应商完成结构件样机的生产制造；
• 制定结构测试计划，针对测试结果，对结构设计进行优化。

  任职要求：  

1. 具有机械设计相关专业的本科，或以上学历;
2. 5+年以上相关工作经验；
3. 熟悉汽车功率电子产品的结构设计，具有相关产品（如 OBC， DC/DC，inverter 、PDU等产品）的结构设计经验  (3年以上)；
4. 熟练使用CAD设计软件，如ProE， Catia ，UG 等；
5. 熟悉散热系统设计，尤其是水冷方式。可以应用ANSYS进行系统热仿真；
6. 熟悉塑料、金属机构设计，对材料和模具工艺有一定经验;
7. 熟悉汽车产品结构设计的常用标准；
8. 熟练读写结构技术文档。
