Job Descriptions：

Assist merchandiser on customer project development and order follow up in following aspects:

·          make inquiries for products based on customer needs, and fill in the correct quotation form and relative documents

·          place order to internal relative party

·          check and evaluate production sample

·          arrange sample submission to customers for approval

·          coordinate both internal and 3rd party testing, inspection

·          arrange shipment booking

·          monitor and report production progress and shipment status

·          prepare and submit documents for payment collection

·          summarize and report on sales data with existing customers

·          Perform other duties as assigned by management

Desired Qualifications：

·          Bachelor’s degree or above 

·          Relevant experience is an advantage

·          Well organized, attentive to details and responsive, able to manage multiple tasks, and able to meet deadlines

·          Proactive and responsible attitude, diligence and great willingness to learn

·          Good command of written and spoken English

·          Literate in Microsoft office programs

岗位要求：

·          本科或以上学历 

·          有相关工作经验的优先考虑

·          严谨、关注细节、反应灵敏，能同时处理多个任务，并能够按计划在截止日期前完成任务

·          态度积极、负责，勤恳，有强烈的学习意愿

·          良好的英语书面和口语表达能力

·          精通微软办公软件
