Job Summary:

    

Provides engineering support to customers, customer support personnel and field support staff on systems and product issues. Works with customer and company personnel to define technical problem, determine the solution and assist customer in implementing the fix. Provides technical feedback to engineering concerning product changes/enhancements.

    

    

Essential Functions:

    

Duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:

    

    

1. Promote company product lines. Identify new business opportunities and develop it;

    

2. Following sales team sample tracking & new product design-in tracking;
3. Accomplish design-in, design-win, application identification and new product introduction;
4. Develop reference designs with customers and provide support to resolve customers' technical issues;
5. Provide technical training and product presentation to customer for company products;

    

6. New products proposal;

    

7. Additional duties as requested.

    

    

    

Qualifications:

    

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative, but not limited to the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

    

    

1. Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field.

    

2. At least three years working experience in technical application.
3. Familiar with the semiconductor application of Audio Amplifier; DC/DC, BUCK, BOOST, auto lighting LED driver.

    

4. Good communication skills (written, verbal, listening) in Mandarin and English.

    

5. Good presentation skills.
