About the role
The main goal of the position is to be responsible for EC & EC platform OTB, inventory planning, channel allocation, in season replenishment, and to fully support ecommerce business from merchandising function.
Key Responsibilities
To work with Merchandising/Ecommerce team to plan pre season merch plan and ensure it is monitored closely in season and comes within budget. Ecommerce stores to monitor merch plan include
C-Tmall, JD pop, Westore, Tmall Global, Red;
B – Dewu, JD WS;
To work closely with internal merchandising/allocation and ecommerce operation and external ecommerce agencies/platforms to strategize merchandising plan in order to ensure ecommerce business;
Responsible for overseeing ecommerce product delivery situation, monitor in season replenishment and channel allocation;
Monitor product performance across all ecommerce channels by analyzing macro and micro family performance, collection and model performance, always able to identify merchandise opportunities and raise intime needs with HQ level;
Work closely with merchandising/allocation team to ensure healthy product structure between retail and ecommerce;
In charge of all ecommerce merchandising relevant data collecting, analyzing and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, with solid years in relevant industries (fashion, luxury, ideally shoe categories), above 3 years' experience in eCom merchandising, managed brand's ecommerce merchandising for more than 1 platforms;
Extremely sensitive to numbers, strong data analysis skills, excellent excel skill;
Comfortable with the rapid evolution of eCommerce business expansion and are excited to continue to develop and enhance your knowledge, skills and experience;
Strong (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills. Collaborative, able to build strong relationships quickly;
Driven to execute efficiently and accurately. Strong prioritization and organizational skills. Excellent cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
