首要职责
Position Responsibilities
维护客户端系统，网络和应用程序的稳定，管理维护服务器系统，提供桌面技术支持。
To maintain software, hardware, network and application for client, to manage server system, do helpdesk.
按规定流程执行MIS操作。
Ensure that all important documents in MIS are properly filed and kept.

主要任务和职责
Job Description
MIS：
1．管理维护公司的服务器和网络系统，保障稳定性；
Management for server and network.
2．网络账号管理，管理和维护终端用户的网络和应用程序；
Network users management, End-user support in network and application.
3．遵守公司的安全规则和策略；
Abide by the company’s safety rules and regulations.
4．管理数据备份设备；
Responsible for backup device (tape) management.


Operations:
1．根据备份策略，负责所有相关操作的成功备份；
Responsible for successful backup operation as per backup policy.
2．负责所有服务器和网络的稳定运行；
Responsible for stable server.
3．负责解决客户端用户遇到的软件，硬件，网络问题及其它相关的故障；
Responsible for trouble-shooting client PC, office software and network.
4．根据公司策略，负责配置和安装计算机的硬件和软件；
Responsible for PC hardware configuration and software installation.
5．负责填写MIS相关的表格，申请和合同；
Responsible for filling department documents like Invoice, delivery order, contract.
6．负责MIS相关设备和软件的采购；
Responsible for IT equipment sourcing and purchase.
7. 负责MIS相关设备的维修和提出维护保养建议；
Responsible for IT equipment repair and maintenance proposal.
8．负责检查用户端软件的安装和使用，确保所有的软件使用符合国家法律和公司规则；
Responsible for check software usage of client, ensure software legal and accord with IT policy.
9．负责网络账户和应用程序账户的维护 （建立，更改，删除…）；
Responsible for creating, update and delete account of domain and application.
10．负责处理其他相关委派任务。
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.


职位描述
Position Specification
教育背景：计算机或信息管理相关专业；
Qualification: Diploma in related Computer Science.
工作经历： 熟悉微软Windows操作系统，Office办公软件，以及常用办公软件；
Experience: Good knowledge in Windows Operating System, MS Office and common office software.
至少2年相关工作经验；
Above 2 years’ experience in related position.
能熟练解决PC相关疑难问题；
Capable of trouble-shooting PC related problem.
熟悉主流网络设备的配置与维护，能独立处理各类网络故障；
Be familiar with common network equipment’s configuration and maintenance.
Can handle all kinds of network problem independently.

对于IT行业有持续的好奇心；
