1.负责电动车动力总成系统性能目标和性能分解，执行项目动力总成性能开发计划。 1. Responsible for EV powertrain system performance target and decomposition, carry out project powertrain performance developing plan.
2. 基于三电系统部件（电池、电机、充电机）性能参数输入，搭建仿真模型，开展动力总成续航、能耗和充电等性能仿真，确定车型初始性能目标。
2. In charge of building the simulation model based on the perfromance parameters input of HV components, to perform the simulation for range/energy consumption, confirm initial performance target.
3. 管理外部测试供应商，开展动力总成相关性能测试，其中包括续航和能耗、车辆驾驶性、NVH等。
3. Mange outsoucing test supplier, to perform perfromance test include range/energy consumption/drivability/NVH test and so on.
4. 负责和整车控制器标定工程师一起开展动力总成相关性能调教，包括油门踏板、能量回收、蠕行、动力总成降额等等，使车辆动力总成性能达到并满足整车客户性能的要求。
4. In charge of the powertrain tunning activity with EVC calibration engineer, inlcude pedal map,regeneration,ecreep and powertrain derating an so on, make powertrain performance can meet vehicle customer requirement.
5. 管理动力总成性能数据库，按项目节点要求提交性能测试与评价报告。对接欧洲性能团队，就性能测试结果与合作窗口达成一致。
5. Manage the database of powertrain performance, to submit performance test and assessment report according to project milestone requirement. Window person for powertrain performance, to align with corperate for perforamnce test result.
6. 支持三电高压系统性能相关工厂制造、售后和质量问题的验证和解析。.
6. Support for plant manufacture 、A/S and quality issues (perfromance related) validation and analysis.
任职资格：
1.***本科及以上学历，机电一体化或车辆工程等相关专业，大学英语四级及以上，具有良好的英语沟通能力。 1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in mechatronics or vehicle engineering and related major, CET-4 or above. Have good communication ability by English. 2.熟悉整车开发流程、电器架构、高压电器性能. 2. Familiar with vehicle development process, electrical architecture, and HV electric performance
3.熟悉电动汽车三电领域技术标准、试验规范及标准法规
3.Familiar with technical standards , test specifications and standard regulations in the field of HV systems for electric vehicles 4.熟悉或了解本专业常用汽车开发软件，如：Crusie, matlab simulink and CANanalyzer,INCA等 ,有Cruise,Matlab 和仿真经验的优先。
4. Familiar with or understand the commonly used automotive development software of this major, such as CRUISE,matlab simulink ,CANanalyzer, INCA, etc. We prefer the engineer who has the experience with cruise and matlab.
5.至少三年以上新能源动力系统性能开发测试经验, 参完整负责过一个完整的新能源车辆项目。
5. At least three years of experience in PWT performance development and test， 100% in charge of at least one EV project from the beginning to end. 6.具有正确的价值观、内在驱动力；具有较强的学习能力、沟通能力和团队协作能力，能主动解决问题；具有较强的逻辑分析、判断能力；具有较强的技术研究方案的策划组织和推进能力
