职责描述：
1.建立公司供应商管理相关规范执行供应商的认证、准入、评估、退出制度和流程;
2.推动公司供应商管理办法在公司有效执行，推动供应商质量和交付提升的实施,确保供应商成本可控;
3.通过项目和使用环节监控采购物料的质量要求，对潜在和已出现的质量问题及时进行预防、解决和优化确认;
4.按要求定期对供应商的绩效进行考核评估，并发现供应商可改进的点，推动战略合作供应商关系的改进。
5.针对供应商的的价格谈判，采购订单管理，为供应商的交付质量负责。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，工科、理科、经济或其他相关专业，英语流利，5年及以上工作经验，IC半导体行业背景;
2.思路清晰、逻辑能力好,具备良好的学习能力和团队合作精神;
3.具备较强的分析和解决问题的能力;具备较强的执行力;能在快速发展的企业中承受较强的工作压力。
