Your Profile：

• >10 years in related experience in the PowerIndustry.
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience related tokey account management.
• 5+ years’ experience of leading managers
• International project experience withcollaboration within international teams is a plus
• Experience in international working environmentis a plus
• Having worked in a different country is a plus.

Your Responsibilities：

• Work together with relevant stakeholders inproject pre-requisition phase/feasibility study phase to influence customertowards Siemens solutions.
• Define Bid/Win Strategy together, includingmarket situation, Customer’s value orientation and preference, CompetitionAnalysis, target price/efficiency, etc.
• Establish the most suitable and competitivetechnical solution based on bid/win strategy, including but not limited toselecting the right type of equipment, scope of supply and optimizedcomponents; Responsible for the technical clarification and negotiation withcustomer.
• Coordinate with proposal team to prepare thetender document within customer requested time period; Go through internalprocess for GO/NO GO, BID/NO BID, T-LOA, etc.
• Support Commercial negotiation. Handovercontract to PM. Adjust where necessary to bring the project to a success
• Establish and maintain the partnership withDesign Institutes, Distributor, EPC contractors, supporting them from technicalside. Channel performance review machanism setup.
• Update market and customer requirements/trendsfor related product developments; Support localization plan, Reference PowerStudy as well as other company strategies
• Fulfill the sales target and excel theexpectation.
