Job Responsibilities 工作职责 

 The R&D Mechanical Engineer will work with a cross functions team, take responsibility on new product Mechanical design and development, conduct product test and certification, support industrial team on test bench development. Meanwhile, pursue technical study for future cutting-edge technology. 研发电子工程师将和多职能团队一起设计开发产品机械结构，支持产品测试认证和工业化团队设计开发测试工装。同时，对未来的前沿科技进行技术研究。 

 4.    Working with project leader to drive new product development requirement analysis, evaluate technical solution, project planning, cost estimation, also risk and opportunity management. 与项目主管合作参与新产品开发项目需求分析、技术解决方案构建和评估、项目计划制定、成本预测和风险与机会管理。 

 5.    Work out product technical solution, define project plans, gates and tasks of new projects to meet the goals and priorities of the department. 编写产品设计方案, 制定项目计划和时间节点，和任务单来达到部门目标和优先事项。 

 6.    With PM to finalize the technical specifications based on market requirements and technical solution feasibility, and new products validation. 与产品经理合作完成基于市场需求和技术可行性的技术规格书，并完成新产品的市场验证。 

 7.    With PURCH, QC to manage development plans including parts and components costs and production quality control. 与采购，质量保证部门合作管控产品开发计划，包括零部件和元器件的成本和量产质量控制。 

 8.    Work with operation process engineer to implement design for manufacture. 与生产工艺工程师一起进行可制造性设计。 

 9.    Analyze complex field application problems /requirements and conduct troubleshooting by offer effective resolutions. 分析复杂的现场问题及需求，通过提供有效解决方案来解决问题。 

 10. Mechanical part design include plastic, Sheetmetal, and die casting. 机械零件设计包括塑料、金属板和压铸。 

 11. Design mechanical structure / part for test bench. 产品测试台结构设计。 

 12. Working with cross function tam to conduct trouble shooting to enhance product quality. 和跨职能团队合作解决文通以提高产品质量。 

 13. Collaborate with BEA Business units in Europe, and U.S. 协调公司欧洲总部，美国分部合作作推动业务发展。   Education and Experience Requirements 教育和经验要求 

 14. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical engineer or related field 本科及以上，机械工程或其它相关专业毕业 15. 3-5 years working experience on sensor or industrial electronic product development. 3-5年以上工作经验，传感器或工业电子产品开发相关工作经验。 

 16. Knowledge of sensor technology (Infrared, Laser, Time-of-Flight, Microwave) is a plus. 具有红外、激光扫描、飞行时间和微波等传感器技术经验更佳。 

 17. Demonstrated capability to take responsibility for the development phase a product design. Must possess product design skills for low cost, high reliability, high volume manufacturing. 具有主导产品开发的能力，具有开发过低成本，高稳定的大批量生产产品经验。 

 18. Strong learning ability for mechanical design and related development tools such as CAE/CAD/PDM, experience of write development related documents and plan for new product. 具有较强的机械设计及CAE/CAD/PDM等相关开发工具的学习能力，编写新产品的开发文件和计划的经验。 

 19. Familiar with plastic injection, metal diecasting, and other manufacture process. 熟悉注塑、金属压铸等生产工艺。 

 20. Experience on tolerance analysis. 公差分析经验。              

 21. Familiar with GD&T application. 熟悉形状位置尺寸公差。   

 Skill Requirements 技能要求 

 22. Be practiced in using Solidworks software on 3D modeling, 2D drafting. 熟练使用Solidworks软件进行三维建模、二维绘图。   

 23. Ability on FEA (Finite Element Analysis) with Solidworks or other tools is preferred. 具有Solidworks或其他工具的有限元分析（Finite Element Analysis）能力优先。 

 24. Good English at reading, writing and speaking. 英语听、说、读、写流利。 

 25. Organized and prone to work in teamwork. 良好的团队合作并有组织能力。 

 26. Expertise in office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. 日常办公软件精通：Word 文档、Excel表格, PowerPoint等。 27. Strong communication skill and active personality to convince people. 较强的沟通技巧和积极的个性，能够说服他人。 28. Innovation awareness and fast learning ability. 创新意识和快速学习能力。
