 Job Responsibilities 工作职责 

 The R&D Electronic Engineer will work with a cross functions team, take responsibility on new product electronic design and development, conduct product test and certification, support industrial team on test bench development. Meanwhile, pursue technical study for future cutting-edge technology. 研发电子工程师将和多职能团队一起设计开发产品硬件电路，支持产品测试认证和工业化团队设计开发测试工装。同时，对未来的前沿科技进行技术研究。 

 4.    Working with project leader to drive new product development requirement analysis, evaluate technical solution, project planning, cost estimation, also risk and opportunity management. 与项目主管合作参与新产品开发项目需求分析、技术解决方案构建和评估、项目计划制定、成本预测和风险与机会管理。 

 5.    Cooperate with mechanical design engineer to develop product hardware design. 与机械设计工程师合作进行产品硬件开发设计。 

 6.    Conduct hardware-software integration solution and test with software engineer. 与软件开发工程师合作进行软硬件解决方案制定及调试。 

 7.    Implement engineering prototype test with validation engineer. 与测试工程师合作对原型样机进行测试认证工作。   

 8.    Drive design for manufacture by working with industrial engineer. 与工业化工程师合作进行面向生产和面向测试的开发设计。 

 9.    Collaborate with cross functions team such as purchasing, quality, and operation to insure project progress. 和公司采购、质量、生产等部门协作保证项目顺利进行。 

 10. Work out documents related with development project, test report, quality analysis, etc. 撰写项目开发相关文档，测试报告，质量分析等。 

 11. Short term travel domestic or oversea on project and customer service. 短期国内外出差进行项目合作和客户拜访支持等工作。 

 12. Future technology study. 未来技术研究。   

 Education and Experience Requirements 教育和经验要求 

 13. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optoelectronic, Communication Engineering, Electrical automation or Electronic related. 光电子，通信，电气自动化等电子相关本科及以上学历。 

 14. 3-5 years working experience on sensor or industrial electronic product development. 3-5年以上工作经验，传感器或工业电子产品开发相关工作经验。 

 15. Experience of Design electronic schematic, PCB layout, and simulation. 具有电路原理图设计，电路板布线，仿真经验。 16. Rich experience in EMC/EMI evaluation and improvement solution. 电磁兼容和抗扰评估和整改经验。 

 17. Experience in at least one of communication bus: RS422 / CAN / Ethernet / TCP/IP. 通讯总线经验 : RS422或 CAN或Ethernet或TCP/IP。 

 18. Product development experience in C coding and STM32 design or Python development. 具有C语言编程和STM32或使用Python实际项目开发经验 

 19. Robot, Microwave, Infrared, or Laser sensor experience are preferred. 具有机器人，微波，红外，激光雷达传感器工作经验优先。 

 20. Power supply relevant product development experience is plus. 具有电源产品开发工作经验优先。   Skill Requirements 技能要求 

 21. Independently accomplish Analog and Digital schematic design / PCB layout, C coding and Firmware design. 能独立完成模拟数字电路原理图设计/电路板布线, C代码编写和嵌入式程序调试。 

 22. Component selection and circuit module validation, ability to provide feasibility study report. 元器件选型及电路功能模块验证, 能够提供可行性分析报告。 

 23. Independently analyze complex electronic problems and offer effective resolutions. 能独立分析产品电路问题并提供有效解决方案。 

 24. Good English at reading, writing and speaking. 英语听、说、读、写流利。 

 25. Organized and prone to work in teamwork. 良好的团队合作并有组织能力。 

 26. Expertise in office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. 日常办公软件精通：Word 文档、Excel表格, PowerPoint等。 27. Fluently use Altium or other electronic design software to design schematic, PCB layout and simulation. 熟练使用Altium或其它电子设计软件进行电路图设计，电路板布线，仿真等工作。 

 28. Skilled using oscilloscope, electromagnetic interference test instrument, electrostatic test and general test equipment, etc. 熟练使用示波器、电磁干扰测试仪器、静电测试以及通用测试工具等。 

 29. Innovation awareness and fast learning ability. 创新意识和快速学习能力。
