职位描述：
1. To overall support/coordinate legal review with corporate legal team cross regions on Global Payment projects, including but not limited to work with external legal counsel to provide legal structure design and/or advise on business models;
2. To advise on product or service launches with an emphasis on payment law, data protection and other compliance issues;
3. To develop best practice in payment business model build-up, to develop clear and practical processes and controls for business operations from legal perspective;
4. To oversight and coordinate for organization development projects, including entity setup, legal structure design and execution;
5. Responsible for legal related process and procedure optimization; identify and help resolve legal related pain-point for Global Payment business;
职位要求：
1. Fluent oral/written English as a daily working language;
2. Hold a Legal degree and have solid knowledge on payment law/business model;
3. Over 5 years of project related experience, such as role of legal in transaction banking/fintech, or in a law firm working on payment industry cases, etc.;
4. Industry knowledge with related to advertising/gaming/content/creative agencies/patents is a plus;
5. Target oriented, problem solver, motivated self-starter with strong multi-task handling and stakeholder management skills.
