Accomplishes Month End Closing tasks timely a accurately, meeting SLA

Meets operational standard by monitoring process, identifying & resolving problems/issues/errors

Quality assurance, review tasks result and reconciliations

Documentation preparation, e.g. issue log, governance materials, metrics and DTP et

Handles queries/escalations from country team and Global Reporting team

Ensure full compliance of GFCF (Global Financial Control Framework)

Updates job knowledge by participating in global management reporting refresh training and reading Global reporting instruction

Leads CIP & Global Project

任职要求：

Willing to work under pressure and overnight during the monthly end closing

At least 5 years accounting experience including minimum 3 years’ experience in GL, experience in large companies or MNC is preferred

Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different countries

People management experience is must have.

Solid knowledge in FI/FR, Global Control Framework and Global project management

Good at problem analysis & resolution

Fluent English in both written & oral

工作时间：周末双休（服务非洲，南亚市场）【每月月结会有2日左右通宵】

因与负责交付的国家有时差，工作的时间初定11:00-20:00 或14:00/15:00/16:00-23:00/24:00/01:00
