主要任务Main missions:

系统维护及物料控制 SAP and material control

维护 SAP，确保所管辖物料的SAP参数准确性，确保FCS KPI 达标 Maintain SAP, make sure the accuracy of parameters, guarantee FCS KPIs are OK.

根据SAP的运行结果，准确、按时发布订单、预测、要货令（包括备件） Run SAP weekly, release order, forecast, manifest accurately and punctually (including after-sales parts)

执行循环盘点，对库存准确率进行分析，确保库存准确 Arrange cycle count, analyze inventory, and ensure the inventory accuracy

主导BOM审核、进行库存月度报表分析，制定并达成库存合理性及准确性行动计划 Lead BOM review, monthly report and analysis inventory, define and deploy the action list on inventory value and accuracy

遵守并执行7DB, 7IB, ICB的要求 Obey the rules of 7 delivery basics, 7 inventory basis, internal control basis.

日巡查现场并保证物料的库存合理 Respect routine of material planner to check stock at shopfloor and ensure it at reasonable level

供应商管理 Supplier Management

负责追踪到货，评估和监督供应商的供货表现，并按月汇总。 Tracing and maintain suppliers deliveries, and review and monitor the supplier’s delivery performance and report monthly

管理供应商及其中转库的库存，发生物流故障或有风险时组织供应商沟通会 Manage supplier’s stock in house or at 3PL, organize meeting with supplier in case of logistics un-conformity or delivery risk

确保供应商帐务核对的及时性和准确性 Ensure the timely and accuracy of the receipt record checking.

EOP物料和ECR 专用件控制 Control EOP and ECR obsolete materials.

处理进口供应商的单证和部分清关准备工作，优化、管理进口运输的费用 Prepare for the documents and handle some customs clearance job, optimize and manage the import transportation expenses.

其他任务 Other and specific missions

确保遵守公司HSE的各项规章制度Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations

与直接主管和内部客户进行有效的，及时的沟通 Ensure transparent and timely communication with N+1 manager and internal customers

配合管理人员一起提高部门业绩 Participate with supervisory colleagues to improve department performance

参与物流部晨会；汇报物料状况和供应商状况 Participate in logistic Top 5 and report material situation and supplier performance, successes and issues as well as action initiated.

直属经理交给的其他临时任务 Other temporary task arranged by line manager

东风佛吉亚内饰主要业务领域涵盖仪表板/副仪表板、门护板、隔音降噪零件、双色高光内外饰注塑件及中大注塑件。主要为神龙汽车、东风本田、东风乘用车及其它主机厂提供配套服务。新厂区于2016年8月迁入，座落在武汉经济技术开发区后观湖大道上，占地约33000㎡，毗邻神龙三厂及东风乘用车公司，拥有独立的研发中心及实验室，现有员工200余人。
