职位描述：
1. Develop "Global IP" / Global Content Solutions showcase to inspire the industry and help drive regional content partnership business opportunities.
2. Empower regional Content & Creator Solutions marketing teams. With the increasing business demands and the new members joining in regional markets, we will continue to support the regional business development with training, standardization and driving shared efficiencies in communications & operations;
3. Continually identify and incubate new opportunities for brands from user product/marketing programs/non-standard ad features, and build out scalable solutions to roll-out for regional adoption.
4. Support revenue opportunities for China inbound business, increase awareness & understanding of Douyin (and other Chinese platforms) Content Solutions package, products and opportunities.
5. Build up internal communication channels between global & regional teams to improve overall operating efficiencies & best practice amongst Content & Creator Solutions & cross-function teams.
职位要求：
1. Proven 8 years or above professional experience in strategic planning, solid understandings and insights on short video Internet or marketing advertising industries, comprehensive understandings and insights on industrial trends and hot topics in Internet, strong skills in absorbing and interpreting the current trends;
2. Ability to strategic planning and marketing planning;
3. Professional experience in integrated marketing and monetization;
4. Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role. Ability to collaborate and cooperate across different departments, strong skills in critical thinking, learning, and pressure coping;
5. Fluent skills in Mandarin and English communication and writing, with experience in studying or working in an English-speaking country is preferred;
6. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, mind-mapping, and other office utilities;
7. Ability to foreign business travel (if epidemic improves/under control).
