Description:

？Ensure the local Business Management System is sustained and remains capable of meeting the expectations and requirements of the organization. Applies expertise in the applicable standards (i.e. ISO 9001 / TS 16949, etc.) to drive significant continuous improvement for customers and the business.
？Ensure the organization has implemented the requirements of the current versions of Business Management System standards (i.e., ISO 9001 and TS 16949, the AIAG Core Tools, etc) in a way that supports the achievement of business measures and goal tree objectives.
？Provide recognized expertise in the applicable standards (i.e. ISO 9001, TS 16949, etc) to coach business personnel across the various functional areas.
？Serve as the key communication link between the organization and the BU and Corporate Quality leadership.
？Ensure key business processes are identified and documented at an appropriate level, including those key to management (for example, Management Review, Internal Audits, Corrective/Preventive Action, and Continuous Improvement), to enable reduction of variation within processes.
？Promote process ownership among leadership, including their descriptions of the interactions between their processes (i.e. Process Mgmt Control Plans - SIPOCs, turtle diagrams, etc) as contained in the business management system manual.
？Ensure an effective management review process is installed in the organization focused on continuous improvement relative to specific customer requirements and other goal tree objectives and measures.
？Maintain the Business Management System (Quality) manual. This manual will include the scope of the management system, the documented procedures or reference to them, and a description of the interactions between the processes of the management system.
？Manage the internal audit program and resulting process for continuous improvement.
？Serve as the point of contact for and manage 2nd & 3rd Party audit activities & their output, including Business Management System certification as well as managing the quality and timeliness of responses to the registrar.
？Oversee delivery of quality systems related education.
？Promote the use of the standard Cummins Quality Mangement Systems (CQMS), including serving as a liaison with BU and Corporate Quality for implementation, education and use.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

？Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience

发动机事业部
发动机事业部生产和经销功率范围宽广的柴油和天然气发动机以及相应的零部件产品，用于汽车、工业和发电设备等领域。康明斯发动机排量2.8~91立升，功率范围覆盖60~3500马力，广泛应用于重型卡车、中型卡车、巴士、房车、轻型商用汽车和皮卡车等公路用车辆，以及工程机械、矿山设备、农业机械、船舶和铁路等非公路领域。
康明斯发动机不仅以一流的可靠性、耐久性和燃油经济性享誉业内，而且在满足日益严格的汽车排放（美国epa2010，欧洲四号和五号）、非公路用机动设备排放(tier 4 interim/stage iiib) 以及船机排放（国际海事组织imo标准）的激烈竞争中一直居于业内领先地位。

电力事业部
康明斯电力事业部是全球发电系统及其相关零部件产品和服务的领先供应商，产品用于备载电力、分布式发电以及移动设备上的辅助电源，能够满足客户多方位的电力需求。该部门还提供包括长期运营和维护协议、交钥匙工程以及临时电源在内的全方位服务和电力解决方案。
电力事业部的产品线包括柴油和代用燃料发电机组(2.5千瓦 ~ 2.7兆瓦)、交流发电机(0.6 kva ~ 30,000 kva)、机组用发动机、控制系统、转换开关(40 amps ~ 3,000 amps)和开关柜等，广泛用于办公楼宇、医院、工厂、市政、发电厂、大学、娱乐休闲车辆、游艇和家庭电源等领域。

分销事业部
分销事业部由17家康明斯独资分销商和15家合资分销商组成，网络覆盖全球70多个国家和地区的300多个地点，为全球客户提供康明斯产品、零部件和售后服务。
透过康明斯全球分销服务体系，受过专门训练的康明斯服务人员为客户提供全方位的零件和服务支持。
康明斯独资拥有的分销机构网络覆盖全球主要关键市场，包括中国、印度、日本、澳大利亚、欧洲、中东和南非等地区。该体系还支持遍布全球各地的6500个康明斯经销商网点。

零部件事业部
以下四个业务部组成康明斯零部件事业部。
康明斯滤清系统（原弗列加）
柴油和燃气发动机空气、燃油、液压油和润滑油滤清器，以及各种化学添加剂。
康明斯涡轮增压技术系统（原霍尔塞特）
三升以上柴油和天然气发动机的全系列涡轮增压器及相关产品，主要应用于全球商用车辆和工业市场。
康明斯排放处理系统
中重型柴油机排气催化净化系统及相关产品，业务主要包括为主机厂新机型配套和对在用车辆进行改造。其主要产品包括整体式催化净化系统、后处理系统专用零部件以及为发动机厂商提供系统集成服务。
康明斯燃油系统
8升至78升排量范围的柴油机燃油系统。

植根中国 共创辉煌
康明斯与中国的历史渊源可以追溯到半个多世纪前的1940年代。1941年3月11日，美国总统弗兰克林•罗斯福签署《租借法案》，向包括中国在内的38个国家提供战时援助。《租借法案》对华军援物资中就包括配备康明斯发动机的江防巡逻艇和军用卡车。
1944年末，一家重庆企业致函康明斯公司，寻求建立商业联系，在中国进行康明斯发动机的本地化生产，时任康明斯发动机公司总经理埃尔文•米勒在回函中对此表示了浓厚的兴趣，希望中日战争结束后康明斯能够在华建厂。由于众所周知的原因，米勒先生的想法只能等到三十年后的1970年代，伴随着中美关系的逐步缓和，才有望变为现实。
康明斯及其关联子公司在华累计投资超过10亿美元，作为中国柴油机行业***的外商投资者，康明斯与中国的商业联系始于1975年，时任康明斯董事长埃尔文•米勒先生首次访问北京，成为***来华寻求商业合作的美国企业家之一。1979年中美建交，中国对外开放伊始，***康明斯驻华办事处就在北京成立。
康明斯是***在华进行发动机本地化生产的西方柴油机公司之一，1981年重庆发动机厂开始许可证生产康明斯发动机，1995年康明斯***家中国合资发动机工厂成立,1997年，康明斯在华正式设立区域总部，康明斯（中国）投资有限公司在北京成立，统筹管理康明斯在东亚的投资与业务发展。到目前为止，康明斯在华总计设有29家机构，包括15家合资企业，员工9,000多名，生产发动机、发电机组、交流发电机、滤清系统、涡轮增压系统、后处理和燃油系统等产品，康明斯在华服务网络包括12家区域服务中心、30多家客户支持平台和2000多家在华独资及合资企业授权经销商。康明斯长期坚持与中国大型企业结成战略联盟，实现共同发展。作为***来华进行本地化生产的外资柴油机企业，三十多年来康明斯已经与包括东风汽车、陕汽集团和北汽福田在内的中国商用车领先企业组建了四家发动机合资厂，康明斯二十四个发动机系列中已有十五个在中国本地生产。
康明斯是***家在华设立研发中心的外资柴油机公司，2006年8月康明斯与东风公司合作设立的发动机技术研发中心在湖北武汉正式启用。
2013年康明斯在华销售额达35亿美元，中国区已经成为康明斯全球规模***、增长最快的海外市场。
历经三十多年的发展，康明斯已经成为中国发动机产业的有机组成部分，通过合资/独资生产和技术转让，为中国发动机产业的现代化作出了自己的贡献。
