Job Duties:

1. Control process quality and continuously improve the process quality capability (MDR)

2. Analysis and take containment actions immediately for trouble shooting.

3. Identify and implement corrective and/or preventive actions for permanent performance (PRR).

4. Regular and effective communication internally with operators for better quality awareness

5. Listen to VOC and satisfy customer all the time.

Qualifications:

1. At least 3 years related working experience;

2. Technical background, Strong time management and prioritization skills;

3. Good English skill in listening, speaking and writing;

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
