岗位职责：

1. 负责线上销售和市场推广，制定年度线上平台销售方案和指标，并确保方案顺利执行，完成全年销售指标；

2. 做行业和竞品分析，市场和用户研究，通过有效的成本控制和营销手段，提升在线销售平台的品牌知名度、扩大市场影响力，从而促进业务增长，驱动品牌影响力；

3. 对市场流量及拉新渠道数据进行定期整理与分析，筛选并过滤无效渠道，保证平台获客等各项数据的稳步增长;

4. 对公司及所属产品的流量和排名负责
