Operational Care Sepcialist,Sea Logistics (Wuhan)

YOUR ROLE

In this role, you are responsible for enabling transport activities by executing bookings, entering orders and generating all required export/import documentation while liaising with our Customer Care Teams (CCL) to make sure all requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Your tasks and responsibilities

- Complete shipment details in internal transport management system

- Review the alignment of shipping instructions

- Ensure departure and arrival confirmations are shared with CCL

- Submit all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner

- Monitor operational performance of carriers and vendors

Your skills and experience

To be considered, you should have a good understanding of export/import procedures and freight forwarding knowledge. Your analytical and problem solving approach along with an ability to work under pressure and great time management will be key to your success in this role.
