Manage the AR Accounting function to ensure:

  

• Lead the motivate AR Accountants / Supervisors

• The freight notice correctly and timely issued, and freight collection proper registered

• Check and monitor outstanding amounts for shipments, settlement of collection charges

• Ensure the AR procedure and process compliance with internal control requirement

• Ensure proper filing associate with payment detail / COMM & add supporting.

• Ensure the disputes related with freight collection could be timely addressed

• Support to improve the DSO and credit management performance

• Support to provide the cash flow forecast to Treasury team

• Drive process optimization to improve the AR registration quality and efficiency;

• Execute process optimization projects based on China, Regional or Global requirement

Requirement: 

  

• Minimum a bachelor's degree in accountancy, Finance

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Adaptable to changes; Self-motivated and self- organized

• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and people management skills and stakeholder relations

• Good problem resolution in concert with other teams and analytical skills

• Reliable and efficient performance

• Strong sense of urgency and result orientation
