Job Responsibilities/岗位职责

1. Arrange the maintenance, new construction, reconstruction and expansion project tasks of the construction unit, implement and check the completion of the project; make a good project budget.安排施工单位维修、新建、改建、扩建工程项目任务、落实检查该工程完成情况； 做好工程预算。
2. Inspect the construction site, concealment acceptance, construction materials acceptance.巡视检查施工现场、隐蔽验收、建筑施工材料验收。
3. Responsible for the management of the company's equipment, power, energy, metering construction, construction, operation, etc., to ensure the economical and effective distribution of energy and the normal operation of equipment, and to ensure the normal production.负责公司设备、动力、能源、计量建设、施工、运营等方面的管理工作，确保能源经济有效的配送及设备的正常运转，保障生产的正常进行。
4. To be responsible for the on-site construction management and acceptance of the company's new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects (including civil engineering and mechanical and electrical installation).负责公司新建、改扩建工程（包括土建和机电安装）的现场施工管理和验收。
5. Supervise and urge the construction materials and equipment to enter the site on time and in a qualified state to ensure the smooth progress of the project.督促施工材料、设备按时进场，并处于合格状态，确保工程顺利进行。
6. Examine and verify the subcontractor's construction plan and other engineering technical documents, supervise the construction unit according to the standard, ensure the safe production, civilized construction and progress node are completed smoothly, and assess and evaluate the subcontractor.审核分包商施工方案等工程技术文件，监督施工单位按规范施工，确保安全生产、文明施工、进度节点顺利完成，对分包商进行考核、评价。
7. Complete the bidding work of the project, draft or review the construction contract, and go through the construction formalities.完成工程招标工作、起草或审核施工合同、办理开工手续。
8. Review the construction drawings and organize the submission of the design drawings.会审施工图纸，组织设计图纸交底。
9. Organize the intermediate acceptance and completion acceptance of the project.组织工程中间验收、竣工验收。
10. Provide targeted maintenance skills training to the technical personnel of the department.对部门的技术人员进行针对性的维护维修技能培训。
11. Coordinate the construction of the design unit and contractor, supervise them to complete the relevant work safely within the specified time according to quality and quantity.协调设计单位、承包商施工，监督其按质按量，在规定时间内安全地完成有关的工作。
12. Responsible for coordinating with relevant government departments to handle environmental issues, project approval, review and acceptance and other work.负责与政府有关部门协调，办理环保事宜、工程项目的报建批文、审查及验收等工作。
13. Other tasks assigned by the superior.上级领导安排的其他工作。

Job Requirements/岗位要求

1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical equipment, electrical instrument, mechatronics, pharmaceutical, industrial engineering, etc.; more than five years of plant and equipment operation and maintenance experience, with engineering management experience.机械设备、电仪、机电、制药、工业工程等本科以上学历；五年以上厂房设施设备运行维护经验，具备工程管理经验。
2. Familiar with electromechanical installation construction drawings, construction management and related electromechanical installation construction specifications and requirements.熟悉机电安装类施工图、施工管理和有关机电安装的施工规范及要求。
3. Proficient in office, drawing CAD, PROJECT software, with good text expression ability.熟悉操作办公、制图CAD、PROJECT软件，具有较好的文字表达能力。
4. Experience in on-site management of installation and technical renovation projects.有安装及技改工程的现场管理经验。
5. Engineering experience in pharmaceutical production equipment, production assistance and other equipment and facilities.有制药生产设备、生产辅助等设备设施的工程经验。
6. Experience in preparation, coordination, on-site supervision and management of pharmaceutical factory construction projects.有制药工厂建设项目的筹建、协调、现场监督管理经验。
7. Familiar with the relevant laws and regulations of the pharmaceutical industry, with GMP awareness and implementation ability.熟悉制药行业的相关法规/规范，具备GMP意识和实施能力。
8. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.良好的英文听说读写能力。
