工作内容：

1. 在符合安全程序要求前提下按任务要求执行机器的安装、设定、调试与维护保养工作；
2. 进行工艺或功能故障的诊断、查找根本原因；
3. 建议并跟踪并执行消除存在问题的方案，例如：改造，预防措施，书写操作规程等；
4. 终端用户培训；
5. 远程或现场为客户提供技术支持。

工作要求:

1. 机械、电气、自动化或机电一体化专业， 3年以上相似领域工作经验；
2. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力；
3. 熟悉精密机械装配、安装工作，有较强的动手能力；
4. 具备电气及自动化知识，动手能力强；
5. 熟悉AutoCAD，及MS Office办公软件；
6. 有较强的独立现场解决问题的能力；
7. 能适应长期出差欧洲（主要是培训），亚洲及中国各城市。

符合以下条件者优先:

1. 有机械设备生产企业组装或售后服务工作经验优先；
2. 熟悉西门子(Siemens)和伦茨（Lenze）自动化系统，如PLC、SCADA、工业通讯网络、伺服器等，有基本编程能力优先；
3. 有烟草行业设备从业经验优先;
4. 跨国企业从业经验者优先。

Responsibilities

1. Implement machine installation, setup, commissioning and maintenance according to specifications following all safety procedures.
2. Make diagnosis of process and/or functionality failure, seek root cause of the failure.
3. Proposes and follows the eradication of the dysfunction (e.g. modification, preventive action, writing procedures etc. ....) and implement these actions.
4. End user training.
5. Site or remote customer technical support.

1. Good team work consciousness, service mind, and skillful communication capability.
2. Skilled practice ability, should be able to work under high working stress.
3. Comply with work deployment.
4. Carefulness, patience, honesties, out-going personality.

Work requirement

1. ***, Mechanical engineering, Electrical, Automation engineering or electrical & mechanical integration majority, 3 years above experience in the similar field.
2. Good English writing, reading, listening and verbal ability.
3. Skilled in precise mechanical fitting, assembling, and installation, good in practice.
4. Be familiar with electrical and automation, good in practice.
5. Be familiar with AutoCAD and MS Office software.
6. Be capable to work and troubleshoot independently.
7. Suitable for frequent business travel to Europe (mainly for training), Asia and Chinese cities for technical services.

Applicant with any of following experiences is preferred.

1. Experiences of working for machinery manufacturer or related after sale service.
2. Experiences of working for high speed precise packing machine, acetate filter making machine.
3. Experiences of using Siemens and Lenze automations (PLC, SCADA, Industry Network, Servo Drives), with basic programing capability.
4. Experiences of working in tobacco or cigarettes machinery.
5. Experiences of working for intercultural enterprise.
