职责描述：

1.协助运营和店铺沟通平台资源，统筹各渠道产品开展零售活动工作，确保零售活动目标可实现性；

2.指导客户找到品类突破点，紧跟平台节奏，做好站内推广运营等；

3.实时掌握平台变化及竞争对手情况，对竞品市场行为综合分析，并做出及时反馈处理； 

4.统筹协调各平台活动，制定店铺和平台自主促销计划，协助提升转化及费用投入产出效益；

5.结合公司发展战略，定期针对线上运营情况进行综合评估、分析，并提交月度总结报表；

6.及时提出营销、推广改进措施，给出切实可行的改进方案建议，为公司及时调整决策提供依据。

任职要求：

1.大专及以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验

2. 有电商运营及店铺实操经验，了解各平台活动规则玩法

3. 熟悉京东自营流程，有京东驻场经验优先

4.有家居厨房炊具及小家电相关大行业背景优先

5.具备较强的数据分析能力和电商逻辑思维，优秀的沟通协调能力，创新能力；

6.具有较强的抗压能力，办公软件精通
