Job Description:
We are looking for a staff/senior Storage Field Application engineer to join in our SSD product FAE team. Our product FAE team mainly focus on customer technical service, including customer’s channel or OEM projects, good issue tracking and response to customers. And get the customer’s real requirements feedback to internal engineer teams.
Job Responsibilities:
? Deeply study of SSD product requirement and customer specific requirement.
? Deeply study firmware feature implements and test cases or validation process internally
? Focus on customer technical service like to handle the issues tracking, customer requirements, new product promotion, design kit release and so on.
? Focus on duplicate the issue from customer site and try to reproduce internally.
任职要求：
? Major education background in EE, CS or related fields, BS degree with 5+ years of storage field application engineer experience.
? Expertise in JTAG. I2C, UART, SMBUS and SPI interface.
? Experience in SSD product technical service, especially OEM projects.
? Familiar with OEM test procedure and requirements.
? Good knowledge of SSD product FW/HW features
? Knowledge of PCIe, NVMe, NAND bus (ONFI/Toggle) protocol.
? Trouble shooting skills: FW log and HW trace recording.
? Knowledge to use test equipment, such as Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, PCIe/NVMe protocol analyzer and so on.
? Good written and spoken English is required
The below knowledge and skills are plus:
? Strong knowledge of OEM SSD requirements.
? NAND Storage product design validation test (DVT) for Channel and PEM projects and qualification experience
? SSD controller or SSD drive validation and debug experience
? Expertise on PCIe/NVMe, JEDEC, NAND protocol
