职位描述
主要工作目的Main Purpose of the job:
l As a member of the Program Core Team, he/she is responsible for all the manufacturing aspects of the Program. His/her mission last from the Acquisition phase till SOP + 6 months.
作为项目核心团队的成员，在项目中负责所有制造方面的工作，从项目开始至到项目结束后的六个月。

In the following fields, he/she has to:
Team Management 团队管理
Coordinate work package tasks and ensure their accomplishment 协调工作中的任务和确保任务完成
Coordinate the plant launch teams of the plants involved in the program. 协调参与项目中的工厂团队。
Coordinate activities and tasks fulfilment of the Program Manufacturing team: 协调项目制造团队中活动和任务的实现。
Plant Launch Team leaders (if only 1 plant he cumulates this role) 工厂团队的协调员
PC & L (Supply Chain) Engineer 供应链工程师
Program Logistics 项目物流
Including support functions if necessary (PSE, QSE, HSE…). 包括其他功能的支持
Act as the interface between the Program Core team and the plant(s). 作为项目核心团队和工厂之间的接口。
In agreement with the program manager, technical interface with the customer and the suppliers 与项目管理者一致，作为客户和供应商之间的技术接口。
Product interface (manufacturability) 生产接口
Ensure design to manufacturing through concurrent engineering activities with product engineers 与生产工程师一起确保制造设计与生产活动并行
Ensure manufacturing feasibility 确保制造的可实现性
Manage the Prototype Build and Delivery and Analysis. 管理原型的建立、交付和分析
Implement all changes related to production system and/or related to the product (as of Engineering Change Management). 实施生产系统相关的所有变更
Production System Development 生产系统的开发
Study , develop in detail, validate, release and set-up the complete Production System of the program: equipment and tool interfaces, layout, process flow charts, material and information flow diagram in accordance with the Group standards and program objectives. 学习、开发细节、验证、发布和建立完整的项目生产体系：设备和工具的接口，布局，工艺流程图，材料和信息流根据集团标准和项目目标。
Ensure the achievement of Process, Equipment and Facility FMEA. 确保过程的完成，设备和设施FMEA。
Production launch 生产启动
Manage the Production Part Approval Process (including Mass Production Trial and Extended Mass Production Trial). 管理生产件批准程序。
Manage the production launch. 管理生产的启动。
Support the Production Ramp-up. 支持零件爬产。
Targets and reporting 目标和报告
During the acquisition phase, propose the industrial objectives of the program (cycle times, flexibility…) 在采集阶段，提出项目目标
Achieve all manufacturing program objectives (Quality ,Costs, Delivery, Performance) such as Process and Machine Capabilities, MPM, PPM and Scrap rate, CAPEX, Amortized costs, Added value, Logistics costs, Gross Margin. 实现所有制造项目的目标（质量、成本、交付、绩效）
Report on a monthly base the progress of his activity (3PR level 2). 基于每月活动的报告
Report all manufacturing risks analysis and their associated action plans and opportunities. 报告所有的制造风险分析和相关的行动计划及机会。
Apply program Management System and Engineering Change Management and Faurecia tools and standards. 应用项目管理系统和工程变更管理和佛吉亚工具和标准。
Ensure that manufacturing milestones are passed successfully and on time. 确保制造的重要阶段及时和成功的通过。
Qualifications :
5 to 10 years of experience in production area, including one position in Manufacturing Engineering
生产方面5-10年的工作经验，包括制造工程师的岗位经验
Trained in Faurecia Excellence System and Program Management System, experience in Program launch with a plant
工厂项目启动的经验，接受佛吉亚卓越体系和项目管理系统的培训
Proven technical skills on product and process
熟悉产品和工艺技术
Ability to manage functional plant Manufacturing Engineering network
管理工厂制造工程网络的能力
Familiar with Program finance issues (costing, P&L, investments)
