As a project Manager you will be responsible for managing the assigned projects to ensure the fulfillment of all project goals, in term of on-time, on-cost and on-quality deliveries, in Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the Project Management Office Manager, you will clarify the project open issues, evaluate the project risks and manage the project risks.

- Being responsible for the project execution from contract signed until final acceptance. Following up production schedule to ensure the timely and qualified delivery
- Communicating and coordinating with the customer, sales, engineering, finance, production, QC and service people for the project execution (including payment, engineering, factory acceptance test, goods delivery and commissioning support etc.)
- Clarifying the project open issues, evaluating the project risks and manage the project risks
- Managing variation order, evaluate cost and delivery impact
- Reporting the project data and statistic, and provide progress report to the concerned stakeholders
- Building and maintaining ABB/Customer relationship / Ensuring Customer satisfaction
- Managing/leading project team to ensure project success and team spirit
- Ensuring quality/continuous performance

- A Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrical engineering or related.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with project management tools (e.g. Ms Project, SAP)
- Must be Customer-oriented
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Fluency in written and spoken English
