主要工作职责 Main Job Responsibility：

1.通过质量审核支持供应商选点 Support source supplier through quality audit.

2.控制项目所有阶段供应商的APQP计划直到连续生产成熟阶段 To develop and maintain a master supplier APQP plan for all project phases until successful maturation at series production events.

3.组织评审供应商个阶段产品和过程的输出，如手工样件，OTS样件。 Lead to assess the supplier’s process and product for each phase such as prototype, OTS sample.

4.评审供应商的产品和过程，完成供应商PPAP的认可。 Complete supplier PPAP approval by validating supplier’s product and process.

5.定期汇报供应商项目表现情况，确保不良趋势及时汇报以采取矫正措施 To regularly report supplier project performance, ensuring adverse trends are reported to quality management so that remedial action can be taken.

6.必要时对潜在和已存在供应商进行过程阶段审核，跟踪供应商的整改措施直至关闭。When required conduct supplier process audits to potential and existing suppliers. To manage improvement programs with suppliers when quality requirements are not fulfilled.

7.定期要求供应商提供产品全尺寸报告，材料报告及关键特性的PPK报告。Require supplier to provide full dimension, material and PPK for Key characteristic report.

8.完成质量经理安排的其它工作。The other work arranged by Quality Manager.

岗位任职资格 Position Qualification:

1.熟悉APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC   Fimilar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC

2.熟悉8D报告等质量工具  Familiar with quality tool such as 8D

3.熟悉TS16949要求  Familiar with TS16949 requirement

4.熟悉冲压，塑料成型和涂装知识  Familiar with stamping, plastic forming or painting process

5.熟悉供应商质量管理，如供应商开发，业绩评估，供应商审核。Familiar with supplier management such as supplier development, performance evaluation and supplier audit.

6.口头和书面英文能力良好 Oral and written English well
