Develop and implement the product strategy to drive revenue, orders and gross profit for the region. You will be responsible for water product strategy execution to ensure product development and position and provide support to both sales team and customers. You will partner with the sales and channel teams to develop tactical plans to consistently identify new business opportunities, with successful implementation of such plans.

  

Key Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction & vision for the water purifier portfolio.

• Integrate market trends, Voice of Customer feedback & technology insights to develop product & services roadmap for profitable segments.

• Conduct customer interviews and synthesize into clear needs and use cases.  

• Collaborate with cross functional team ensure new product releases.

• Evaluate technology choices and make decisions to achieve profitable segment leadership position.

• Accountable for orders and Gross Profit.

• Execute successful new product launches and commercial ramp-up.  Support sales processes, Identify business opportunities and Drive sales support partnering.

• Network within industry, be familiar with competitor performance and analysis

                

YOU MUST HAVE

• BS / BA degree

• More than 5 years experience in similar role

• Strong product marketing background in water purifier Products.

• written and oral English language skills

• Nice to have the knowhow of manifold device in Under floor heating
