【薪资待遇】

综合薪资4000+吃住+提成奖金+年底分红+定期团建聚餐

【上班时间】

1.15:00-24:00 工作8小时

2.每周日休息，法定节假日按照国家规定放假.

【工作内容】

1 : 负责艺人粉丝的开发及维护

2：负责推广公司平台

3：负责艺人线下粉丝添加及导流

4 : 负责与粉丝进行线下互动聊天

【任职要求】

1、年龄：18~28岁，能力突出者可适当放宽学历要求，有相关工作经验者优先考虑.

2、工作积极主动，耐心细致，责任心强，富于团队协作精神，具备综合、系统分析驾驭能力，善于沟通；

3、有网络运营经验者且熟悉各大直播平台者优先；

4、熟练的掌握和运用Word、excel等相关办公软件，具备一定的网络知识和一般的网络工具的使用.

5、性格外向，普通话流利准确，有团队合作精神，有较强的沟通能力
