Operation Director (Active Electrical Cable Division)

Core Responsibilities

·         Responsible for management on Active Electrical Cable (AEC) Division of Credo SH Operation;

·         In charge of managing and reporting on KPIs for AEC product operations;

·         As the head of AEC manufacturing engineering, lead process integration and new technology innovation for AEC products solution and promotion;

·         Prioritize schedules and team resources for all NPIs and MP activities at CMs’ (Contract Manufactures) side to achieve company’s goal;

·         Fully take charge of AEC product mass production quality control and yield improvement across oversea CMs;

·         Integrate logistics flow and keep optimizing for global dropship, not only in economic but also in safety;

·         Co-work with worldwide Marketing & Sales team making better production planning and on time delivery for revenue recognition;

·         CMs management and strategy relationship maintenance as well promotion for the best support gain;

·         Plan and carry out annual audit on CMs;

·         Maintain and keep upgrading company QMS and implement continuous improvement programs for total customer satisfied;

·         Lead workflow improvements, cycle time, and cost reduction efforts;

·         Implement best known methods for lean operations;

·         Team capability development and make annual team training plan for upgrading meeting company rapid growth;

Qualifications

·         At least more than 10 years team management experience in R&D or Engineering Division in connector industry (Direct Attach Cable/DAC or Active Optical Cable/AOC);

·         Strong technical background in DAC/AOC engineering, expertise in either cable assembly or optical module process engineering is a must;

·         Upright and honest;

·         Work hard and responsibility;

·         Good command of written and spoken English;

Education Requirements

·         Bachelor's or above, Mechanical, Material, Electronics or other related Engineering
