协助市场部主管顺利、及时地完成市场推广活动

Coordinate marketing supervisor to implement the marketing activity events smoothly and timely.

主要任务和职责

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. 协助市场主管开展行业展会、研讨会、科技展和开幕庆典等专业推介会，跟进每个市场活动，确保活动按既定进程实施.针对每个市场活动建立和维护客户的数据库

   Coordinate marketing supervisor to follow up marketing activity, e.g. exhibition, seminar, techno show, open house, and opening ceremony, etc. And ensure all programs are under scheme.

2. 负责市场活动的汇总报告

   Summarize the marketing activity report.

3. 协助市场主管制作销售人员的销售工具(公司介绍，产品样本和案例).

   Coordinate supervisor to work out sales tool (company profile, catalogue and case study).

4.样本的库存管理和维护.

Catalogue management and maintenance:

统计、管理公司全年各种型号样本的需求量,确保总公司、办事处和代理商能及时收到订购的样本,及时将最新样本的信息传递给办事处、代理商

Calculate yearly catalogue ordering number and summarize statistics by monthly. Delivery requested catalogue to regional office and distributor timely.

5.更新和维护牧野武汉数字宣传的相关信息,协助上级通过媒体发布信息。
Update and maintain MJC digital promotion information and coordinate HOD to release press through media.

6.负责组织销售或者代理商的各种培训事宜

Responsible for organizing all kinds of training for sales or dealers

7.负责市场部的其它行政工作

Other marketing administrative work.

8.执行公司分配的其它任务

Perform any other duties as assigned.

职位描述

Position Specification

教育背景：行政管理专业，本科学历或同等学历

Qualification: University degree in business administration or equals

工作经验：良好的市场分析能力

Experience: Good analytical skills.

至少三年相关行业的市场经验

At least 3 years marketing experience in related field

职位要求: 流利的英语和日语

Essential Attribute:Good command of English and Japanese.

良好的组织能力

Good organizational skills

精力充沛、工作主动有团对精神

Energetic, open and able to motivate and work in teams

有项目管理经验更佳

Experience in working in projects will be an advantage.

熟练应用办公室操作软件，包括PPT和项目管理软件

Microsoft Office skills including MS PowerPoint, Project
