Luxasia’s is looking for talented E-Commerce Manager for both China mainland and HK to join its end to end in-house e-commerce team based in Shanghai. This role will report directly to Country Manager of Greater China.
Luxasia has launched multiple ecommerce stores in Greater China for brands in its portfolio and the E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for all for sales target, campaign planning, execution and optimisation for these online stores to drive traffic and hit revenue targets for the online stores.
It’s an exciting role as the right candidate will drive the success of our beauty online stores for both China mainland and Hongkong. The KPIs for this role will focus on sales, traffic, revenue and conversions.
The right candidate will also have experience with brand building to create communities on social media that engage with content and campaigns.
The E-commerce Marketer will also work closely with the Supply Chain, Retail and Graphic Design teams to coordinate campaigns and assets for the online store.

Principal Accountabilities/ Scope:
? Strategy Planning
1. This role is planned to work for ecommerce business in China mainland, cross-board businesses for HK.
2. Develop clear channel strategy and comprehensive business plan to hit those goals.
3. Implement test and learn strategy to identify key sales drivers per channel.
4. Identify all opportunities on partner sites to push product pillars and increase penetration of Online businesses.
5. Responsible for weekly/monthly sales reporting by account. Analyse business, identify areas of opportunity to achieve sales goals and send out weekly/monthly reports.
? Achieving Sales Target
1. Develop, implement and drive strategic business plans by establishing targets, goals and objectives and manage business performance to ensure achievement of objectives across brands for online channels both in China mainland, HK and Cross Boarder,
2. Collaborate with Business Development at group and country level to identify and action new business models, partners and growth opportunities for Cross Boarder business.
3. Manage promotion and activities, including but not limited to T&C negotiation, regular promotions, online campaigns, joint business plan and performance review to ensure the relationships operate at optimum levels.
4. Develop and enhance e-commerce platform partners and conduct the collaboration processes, including all the details on negotiation, contract terms, logistics arrangement etc. Maintain existing accounts and open up new accounts.
5. Independently work with brands/principals, TPs, E-platforms on coming up with biz proposals with the platforms, sales budget, A&P budget, cost structure, marketing promotion plan.
6. KA Management of Alibaba (Tmall, Taobao, Mei), Kaola, Jumei, VIP, e.t.c – (should have deep relationship with the management and execution team of these key platforms)
7. Project Management for companies – help to explore Social Commerce, Official websites. Mono brands websites as the next step for the company.
8. Cross department collaboration with Finance, Logistics and Demand Planning.
9. Work with trade partners to create the best solution to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
10. Work with logistics partner to ensure smooth delivery and to minimise customer issues. Resolve issues and agree any compensation as needed.
11. Analyse and report on customer satisfaction & SLA performance.
? Site Merchandising & Marketing
1. Oversee wholesale accounts e-commerce merchandising and digital marketing calendars to increase sales on channel sites.
2. Ensure all site content updates to support marketing calendar initiatives, product launches and promotions.
3. Manage and execute account specific site promotions (i.e. GWP’s, sampling, CRM programs) to maximize exposure and business.
4. Develop the content strategy for digital marketing, retailer ecommerce sites, and oversee creation and delivery of assets.
5. Recommend creative solutions for site enhancements to maximize key products or categories and drive user experience.
6. Manages the Social Networking Sites of the brands handled. This includes content management, content creation and maximization that primarily intends to promote the new launches and the brands’ equity as a whole.
7. Responsible for all CRM set up, products images and descriptions, banners and other collateral to ensure great customer experience and campaign success.
8. Work with the retail team to execute omni-channel marketing strategies.

Requirements:
1. Highly motivated individual with 7-10 years of experience, of which at least 4 years of e-commerce specific experience in building and driving an end to end e-commerce businesses.
2. Must have strong commercial sense and budget management ability (if with P&L management is a plus)
3. Track record performance and solid experience e-commerce Omni channel experience (eg tmall/jd/social commerce and so on)
4. Capability to select and to manage TP in order to achieve sales target and build up branding through e-platform
5. Must have Cross Border operating experience
6. Familiar with digital marketing and KOL management
7. Good communication and negotiation skills
8. Strong understanding to create partnerships that generate strategic long term value, and prioritize focus with those partnerships to drive traffic, AOV and conversion to hit revenue targets while exceeding customers’ expectations.
9. Experience with setting up logistics and fulfillment solutions is a plus
10. Knowledge of operations for a beauty ecommerce retailer is a plus
11. Strong collaborating skills
12. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
13. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
14. Strong communication skills and an ability to work with multiple stakeholders
15. Proactive and ability to work independently
16. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
17. Fluent in English both writing and verbal communication
