As the HR professional and business partner, the HRBP is highly engaged with business units to understand and satisfy the business and employee’s needs, to create a Can do culture and actively and pro-actively managing recruitment, employee engagement and resource management activities. To help our Company and HR department to achieve a high trust from the employee and community network.

Responsibilities：

1.    Provide the foreign teacher recruitment services to ensure highly qualified personnel needed to meet the regional goals;

2.    Assist in establishing effective communication channels with employees, such as preparing the internal newsletter, weekly greetings.

3.    Assist in the implementation of human resources department training, activities to ensure that existing and new staff to meet the needs of business development.

4.    Participate in the review and optimization of HR & Admin policies / procedures according to the laws and regulations.

5.    Other job requirement by the supervisor.

Requirement：

1.   Bachelor Degree, Major in English or business administration.

2.   Good command of English both in written and spoken.

3.   Good interpersonal communication skills.

4.   Good service attitude, patient, Passion, dedication, high sense of responsibility.

5.   More than three years working experience in HR.
