We are looking for an exceptional Customer Relations Specialist who can make our customers impressed one more time not only with the features and quality of our products, but also with our delicate services.

1. Receive customers calls and deal with after-sales services and coordinate engineer’s schedule;

2. Parts shipments’ follow up, quotations, orders placing,…via C4C & SAP… systems; service tickets’ checking and releasing; following up with service ARs… etc;

3. Parts stock checking and cycle count in regular time; monitoring critical items;

4. Office and business relative contracts and documents’ translation;

5. Communicating with Headquarter parts planners, operation colleagues and hubs to confirm shipping schedule.

6. Assist on some Admin support like Dept. documents’ filing and data collection, some events coordination.

What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:

1.Bachelor's degree.

2. 1-3 years related experience, especially rich experience in semiconductor /PCB/medical equipment… industry will be better;

3. Work experience on logistics /international trade/English professional/Sales support …relative majors are preferred;

4.Good English communication, especially in oral & written skills

5.Familar with MS Office applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

6. Strong sense of responsibilities and better service consciousness, and good team work.
